In such, we hope that you will avail yourself of the numerous opportunities to broaden your perspectives in the classroom, within the campus community and throughout the city of Washington, D.C.

As a newly admitted undergraduate student
for Fall 2012, here are your next steps:

Now

Submit the FAFSA to be considered for need-based financial aid.
Pay your enrollment deposit online by May 1st.
Accept and activate any financial aid awards you've received in Cardinal Station.
Complete your housing and dining applications by May 15th

This Summer

Register for Orientation beginning June 1st.
Activate your Cardinal Mail account and your network login beginning June 1st.
Set up whoever is responsible for your bill as an Authorized Payer in CardinalPAY so that he/she receives the billing notification e-mails and has his/her own access to the on-line billing statements after June 1st.
Register for classes. Information will be sent the week of June 15th.
Take any necessary academic placement tests.
Accept or waive the Student Medical Insurance beginning August 1st.
Return your immunization forms to CUA Student Health Services by July 2nd to avoid a $100 late charge.
View your housing assignment in MyHousing in Cardinal Station the week of July 2nd.
If you'll be participating in intercollegiate athletics, return athletic medical forms to the Office of Athletics.
Upload a photo for your student ID card.
Submit your final transcripts to the Admissions Office by July 31st.
Consider using the monthly Tuition Payment Plan.
Consider using the Student Tuition Refund Plan.

In early July, electronic billing statement notifications are sent to students' CUA email addresses (set up your email account). Fall semester payments are due August 2nd.
